Harry Handler is a native of Urbana, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison History Department with degrees in History and Political Science. After moving to New York City post-graduation, his first job was to ghost-write a history book for the 300th anniversary of his trading firm. Harry has lectured on 9/11, the first and second World Wars and the rise of Nazism. He serves on the University of Wisconsin-Madison History Department Board of Visitors. Though he has worked in the finance industry for many years, his first love is history.
Harry lives in Montclair, New Jersey with his wife Cindy and dog Leo. The children have flown the coop.
